Meet Muryum
Muryum McKendry grew up binging romance novels and rewatching all the best rom-coms from the 90s and 00s.
Her novels feature real characters with real problems. They’re full of witty banter and small towns you want to cosy up in. Her heroines are strong, her heroes sexy, and vulnerable.
Originally from Canada, Muryum moved to Ireland at twenty-one. She earned a master's degree in Creative Writing from Trinity College Dublin before moving to Northern Ireland, where she met (and later married) her real life Irish hero.
When she’s not writing or reading, Muryum can be found spending time with her family, baking, or sipping a strong cuppa and thinking up her next happily ever after.
